A WOLF IN GIRL'S CLOTHING

Stumbled across this post on What's in Your Bedroom when I was wasting my life on wandering the net last night and immediately fell in love with this wolf hanger. So many of my dresses that I buy in the hope of having an occasion to wear them (WILL SOMEONE PLEASE GET MARRIED FOR FUCK'S SAKE?) would look great displayed on a wolf on my cracked bedroom wall.

This 'bedroom' is actually a display created in the window of Oxfam Dalston, by the What's in Your Bedroom blog creator Olivia Howitt. It was done last year however, so all hopes of me obtaining this wide-eyed deer are lost. Weep.

FAWNING OVER AUDREY

Now I've never been one of those girls that has that weird obsession with Audrey Hepburn. Yeah, she was a babe but enough, you know? Stop trying to be her. But when I saw these pics and read that SHE HAD A PET DEER I died a little inside and became one of the fan girls. I mean, she even took the little babe out partying with her - what a lad.

If I get my way, I'll soon be walking around N16 with a little spindly-legged woodland creature on a lead.

WATCH YOURSELF

Now I don't wear watches (which might explain why I'm always late) but if I did I'd wear this dear little thing.

Watch, £26, Urban Outfitters

Or I could just get it to lay on my bedside table? Yup. (Who am I kidding, I can barely afford to eat these days.) (Mum, if you're reading, I'm eating just fine.)

ROBIN US BLIND

That's a lie, any excuse for a pun-tastic title. This little fella wouldn't steal anything from anyone, look at his face! He's the latest addition (thanks to my lovely housemate Jimmy!) to my bedside table which is slowly being transformed into a woodland scene. Plants to be added in the New Year. A mini conifer would be ideal...

Meet the second newest member of the clan - the white hedgehog. Paperchase's finest (I lie, he's pretty badly made; his ears are peeling), he's pretty shy but likes to peer into the distance and offer me helpful hints about what clothes to wear. He's so quiet though, I never hear him.

Last but not least in the new member crew is this super chic and not at all tacky glittery pink fawn. Paperchase done good. (As always. And their tissue paper is much cheaper than WHSmith. Jus' sayin'.)

I love woodland creatures. Sigh.
