JOSEPH GORDON LEVITT X KITTENS

Today my friend alerted me to the existence of these pictures. And despite the rain and the fact I spent most of it writing a cover feature on a slow (let's say vintage) laptop, it turned into the best day ever. LOOK AT HIS FACE SHOVED INTO THE KITTEN'S SKULL! I die.

Photos nicked from Buzzfeed.

WILLY MOON FOR L’OFFICIEL HOMMES PARIS

Last Wednesday I was exiting Hoxton Street Studios whilst doing my best Nicole Scherzinger impression, when who should I happen across smoking outside? Only Willy Moon. He has a reallllll good face. Really interesting. As illustrated by the below, from the Winter 2012 edition of L'Officiel Hommes Paris.

On a childish note, whilst relaying my excitement to my colleagues the next day, one of them simply smirked and said, 'Can you imagine going out with someone called WILLY?'

She has a point.

YOUR DIRTY WORDS COME OUT CLEAN

So new online store DIRTYloves finally opened its (virtual) doors last week after a few minor hiccups following its planned launch on Easter Sunday. I imagine behind the scenes was a flurry of caffeine and expletives but the site is finally off the ground. Hey, even Kate and Wills' perfect day didn't go entirely without a hitch (ring too small for finger anyone?)

The store sells a variety of their own brand clothing and also stocks garments from Sugarhill Boutique, with new stock coming in every month. You can even buy a print of Lee Ryan. Though I'm stumped as to why you'd want to.

Here are the pieces on my wishlist:

Floral print playsuit, £35

Bird print top, £24.99

Chiffon long sleeve blouse, £35

Go stock up for summer at the DIRTYloves shop, then when you've bought that Lee Ryan print, why not take a peek at the mag? Jus' sayin'.

BLOODY ELLE

I love ELLE. I would go as far to say it's my favourite magazine. It's the only one I buy religiously every month. I like Psychologies too, but that's more of a bonus read. And a light-hearted look into the human psyche. Anyway, I digress. One of the reasons I love ELLE so much is the covers. They're always so simple yet so beautiful. And I have every single issue I have ever bought stashed away under my bed. My favourite will always be Kate Hudson (April 2008) for its bright, summery vibes. This issue has the privilege of being displayed on my shelf instead of being stacked in a pile as it makes me so happy just glancing at it. You're immediately transported to your happiest sun-drenched memory. Bliss.

Coming in second is Britney (September 2003) for the gorgeous colour scheme and the hot hot hot Miss Spears. 'cos she was a Miss at the time. Not Mrs. Not Ms. Not hairless. Not fat. Just every boy's (and girl's) fantasy. Dreamy.

But ELLE's latest cover is definitely in the running for 3rd place. It's so classic and simple yet lovely, lovely, lovely. Their covers are never too busy and they use colour schemes like a dream. And I don't doubt that Keira's intricate bone structure has a lot to do with my love for it. Shot by Terry Tsiolis and in Tom Ford's new collection, she just looks babe-e-licious.

JUERGEN-ER LOVE THIS

So, I'm a little late on this one, but moving house and lack of internet really stops a lazy blogger from blogging.

Excuses out the way, look at THIS! One of my favourite photographers, a Mr Juergen Teller photographed little known model Kate Moss for the December issue of Self Service magazine. Look at these pictures! Love, love, love. People are blah-ing about the 'raw, untouched' Kate, but I just like the photos - they could be of Kate or Cher Lloyd and they'd still be be-a-u-tiful. Okay, maybe not Cher 'swagger' Lloyd, but you get what I mean.
