LAZY OAF X NASTY GAL: VIDEO

When my friend introduced Nasty Gal to me, I was immersed in a world of joy and we did a joint order immediately. Granted, by the time the box of treats arrived I'd forgotten what was in it, but that's what you get for choosing the cheapest transatlantic shipping option. So when I heard that Brit brand Lazy Oaf were doing a collab I did a little dance of joy.

Video lookbooks rule my world (so long as they're not cheesier than a cheese flight) especially when they're shot in ye olde bowling allies like Rowans in Finsbury Park. Forget all the super kewl ironic bowling you can get up to around these ends (for a fistful of dollars), Rowans is like being transported back to your bowling birthday of 1996. We shot there once and the staff just looked on bemused the entire time, probably silently willing us to leave.

MY FOOD FAME IN LAZY OAF'S SS13 MAGAZINE

When my BFF Jerry aka PR gal for Lazy Oaf told me that a photo of a sandwich I had made was featuring in the new SS13 Lazy Oaf magazine I thought she was joking. Until she thrust a copy under my nose and showed me the proof. And there it was, my gherkin sandwich, in all its pickled glory. 

Not only was it in there, but it had its own page! My little heart swelled with pride.

To this day, I still don't understand why Jerry found my lunch creation so fascinating. We were holidaying at her friend's house in Austin, Texas and making sandwiches to take down the lake one sweltering day. I decided to have pickles, spinach and houmous as my fillings and Jerry took a photo as she found the amount of pickles on my bread hi-larious. I just found them de-licious. Then 9 months later, I find them in a magazine! FOOD FAME!

Cute cats Lazy Oaf have launched their capsule collection for the par-dy season, ohhhhhhh yeah. I love a good two piece, catch me dancing on a table in Dalston somewhere in the outfit in the second pic. Yessssss please. I WILL PISS ON YOUR BED

No, not me, silly. Unless you tickle me senseless and I can't kick you away. Then and (hopefully) only then, there's a chance of me pissing on your bed.

What I'm actually referring to is this new Lazy Oaf greeting card design. Cat lovers everywhere will agree - this ain't slander, this be the truth. Maybe their next card will be 'I WILL RUN AROUND YOUR HOUSE WITH SHIT ON MY TAIL'. What d'ya think, Oafs?

I QUAVER AT YOUR TOUCH

I love crisps. I've been known to snort a whole family bag of Kettle Chips in the blink of an eye. And I can't be trusted with multipacks. So when I saw this Valentine's card from the funny fillies at Lazy Oaf, I almost felt like it had been made for me. Well, not for me because sending a card to myself would be pretty narcissistic and just downright weird, but you get what I mean.

To like someone almost as much as crisps is a pretty big deal. To like someone more than crisps? Well. Get me to the altar.
